8:00 AM Vendor / Exhibitor Setup begins!
9:00 AM TAPSCON Staff meeting Bellair Amphitheater .
3:00 PM VIP package holders room check in begins in lobby.
8:00 PM VIP Friday night Ghost Hunt begins!
  Saturday July 19. 2008
8:00 AM Event Registration open to the public.
9:00 AM Convention doors open to the public.
9:00 AM Movie & Television Prop Exhibit opens to the public.
9:30 AM Great Meter Giveaway Starts and runs all weekend!
12:00 PM Concert begins on West Lawn of hotel. Bands appearing:
LoNero, Examining Emma, The New Kings and Blue Oyster Cult!
5:00 PM Admission / Tickets / Registration closed.
6:00 PM Concert ends
6:00 PM Convention floors close to general public.
7:00 PM TAPS / VIP Dinner seating starts in the Tiffany Ballroom.
7:00 PM Last shuttle to downtown Clearwater leaves hotel.
10:00 PM Belleview Biltmore investigation with TAPS begins.
